Whenever I’m craving a specialty latte, I whip this up for myself and it’s a real treat! I’ve had a Nespresso machine for years and am very loyal to it, but in case you haven’t indulged in one yourself, I’ve listed easy substitutes below. This recipe is super quick – let me know what you guys think!
- 1/4 cup Oregon Chai (The Original)
- 1/4 milk
- 1 vanilla Nespresso capsule (or 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract if using non-flavored espresso)
- Dash of cinnamon
Heat/froth Oregon Chai and milk in the Nespresso Aeroccino separately (if you don’t have the Aeroccino, you can heat together on low in a small saucepan on the stove for 5-7 minutes). While you’re doing this, pop the vanilla espresso capsule in the Nespresso machine (if you don’t have a vanilla espresso capsule you can use any non-flavor espresso and add a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract). Combine chai, milk and espresso in a mug then sprinkle with cinnamon!
